I started exactly where you are. Before certifications, before clients — I was just someone who loved the gym and found myself helping friends fix their form between sets. The feedback? "You should do this professionally."
So I did. I earned my fitness and nutrition certifications, left my corporate job, and built a coaching business around one belief: women deserve a coach who actually shows up. Not a PDF. Not a generic plan. A real person who watches your progress, adjusts your programme, and refuses to let you plateau.
I'm a woman in my early 30s coaching women in their late 20s to late 30s. I understand this stage of life at a cellular level — these hormones, these goals, these frustrations.
My speciality is body recomposition: building lean muscle while losing fat simultaneously. A complete physical transformation — particularly in the glutes, core and overall silhouette — that becomes permanent because we built it together.

- What does "1-on-1 coaching" actually look like?+
Every week, you submit a check-in — progress photos, measurements, how training felt. Pauline personally reviews every detail and adjusts your programme accordingly. Between check-ins, you have direct messaging access for questions, form checks and support. This isn't a template — it's a genuine coaching relationship.
- Do I need to already be going to a gym?+
You'll need access to a gym with free weights and a cable machine for the full benefit. If you train at home, reach out before applying — but the programme is optimised for a proper gym environment.
- How many days per week will I be training?+
Your schedule is taken into account during onboarding. Most clients train 3–5 days per week. The programme is built around your availability — not the other way around.
